It begins at Oktoberfest

Glad to share with you our very first meet-up as a life science community at the Oktoberfest’ 22. Life Science Network is not all about hosting official meet-ups with scientific discussions, but also a hub where you can meet new friends, colleagues and even room-mates! This gathering at the October festival was an ice-breaker with lots of fun and beer! Held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Oktoberfest is the world’s largest Volksfest known for its travelling carnival and beer festival. It starts from mid or late September to around the first Sunday of October at Theresienwiese with more than 6 million international and national visitors attending this spectacular event. The highlight lies in the traditional costumes Dirndl and Lederhosen! 😉
