It’s game time

Boarding networks in Board games

Professionals, students and researchers in the field of biotechnology rely heavily on networking events to facilitate communication, cooperation, and the sharing of new ideas, as the field is driven by scientific discoveries and innovation. But formal events aren’t the only place you can network. Envision a novel and exciting experience that combines biotech with board games. Our most recent biotech networking event conducted on March 9th, “Game Night “was a perfect example of how science and fun can come together through board games.

Horbach Muenchen, who are our esteemed sponsors, set the perfect tone for the event by fusing the excitement of gaming with the spirit of innovation. The tables were covered with a variety of board games, from old favourites like monopoly to more recent titles like Exploding kittens. Each game was hand-picked to include components of strategy, collaboration, and problem-solving, which are all crucial abilities in the biotech field.

There were hearty greetings, refreshments, and an invitation to look through the many board games that had to offer. Whether you were looking for games that pushed your strategic thinking to the limit or those that encouraged collaboration, you could find them all here. As they enthusiastically formed groups, participants were able to network organically while they planned, worked together, and competed in friendly contests.

The highlight of the event was the dinner presented by “Namaste India”, as people beyond borders came together and feasted well with drinks full in their tummies and hearts. Horbach Muenchen are the proud business consultants who also shared their motto of economical services for people wishing to improve their monetary portfolio. Mr. Sascha Allwein shared his story on his path to Horbach and why having investments of our money is probably better for the future.

In addition to the board games, there were plenty of chances to network. As participants engaged in games, they spontaneously communicated ideas, shared experiences, and built friendships with colleagues from varied backgrounds within the biotech business. Discussions flowed easily from game techniques to industry trends, generating meaningful contacts in a calm and entertaining setting. People were also encouraged to give feedback interviews for the growth of the life science network community.

Throughout the event, organizers promoted networking by encouraging attendees to swap tables, ensuring that everyone had the opportunity to engage with a range of persons. The casual style of the event promoted open discussion and interaction, breaking down boundaries and building a sense of familiarity among guests.

As the evening drew to a conclusion, attendees left with more than just wonderful recollections of an evening filled with laughter and companionship. They departed with new contacts, fresh insights, and a renewed feeling of passion for the biotech sector. The event had effectively fulfilled its objective of bridging the gap between science and pleasure, proving that networking in the biotech sector can be both productive and pleasant.

The amalgamation of biotechnology and board games proved to be an excellent fit, bringing a novel perspective on standard networking gatherings. By mixing aspects of play and creativity, the event created a unique platform for professionals to get together, exchange ideas, and establish significant relationships in the dynamic field of biotechnology. As we look to the future, let’s remember that creativity flourishes in circumstances where cooperation is encouraged, and where networking is not just productive but also fun.

The event is jointly co-ordinated and conducted by Mr. Ramakrishnan, Mr. Rahul Jagadessan and Horbach Muenchen
